About me – I joined Scholes in 2011, following the completion of my degree in Business Management with Marketing. Since then, I have completed training with both the Association of Accounting Technicians and the Association of Taxation Technicians. I am currently training towards my Chartered Tax Adviser qualification with the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
What I do at Scholes – I manage the preparation of Tax Returns for individuals, partnerships, seafarers, and trusts, as well as assisting clients with a range of personal taxation queries and personal tax planning. I also prepare annual P11Ds for employer clients who provide taxable benefits to employees. My qualifications enable me to be flexible, occasionally assisting in the preparation of VAT Returns, and sole trader, partnership, company, and charity accounts.
More about me – Outside of work, I use my creative skills in a volunteer capacity to produce a monthly community newsletter, and to develop community websites. I play the piano, I enjoy cycling, and I love British history.
