About me - I joined the Scholes team in January 2022. I have worked in a variety of practice roles over the last two decades. I started at our family firm where I served my apprenticeship and qualified with AAT before going on to qualify with ACCA. I was an accounts senior with W.White & Co. before going on to become a business advisory senior with Campbell Dallas, a client manager with PMB Taxation Services then practice manager at John Kerr & Co prior to joining Scholes. I have worked with a broad spectrum of clients and businesses across a range of different sectors during my career.
What I do at Scholes - I am primarily part of the accounts team working on annual accounts, business tax computations etc. but I am also involved in personal tax, VAT, auditing, payroll etc.; generally anything offering clients the bespoke ongoing business support they need. My objective is to make sure you receive a high quality service and plenty of support in growing your business.
More about me - I play seven-a-side football and I am a keen distance runner, I also swim once a week. I am also a keen golfer although I am not sure what I do on the course qualifies as golf!
